Client Agreements
Before paid work begins, LeadRaw confirms the engagement in a
written agreement appropriate to the situation.
The Leadership Mentoring Agreement is used for individual
mentoring and executive sparring. A Mutual Non-Disclosure
Agreement may be added when commercially sensitive information is
involved. For employer-sponsored mentoring, a Company-Sponsored
Mentoring Agreement defines confidentiality and exactly what may
be reported to the sponsoring organisation.
These agreements are prepared for each engagement and sent
privately for review and signature. Blank contractual templates
are not published as public downloads.
1. Scope of Work
LeadRaw provides leadership mentoring, executive sparring,
focused leadership team sessions, and advisory services focused on decision-making,
confidence, communication, pressure, presence, leadership
development, and professional growth.
LeadRaw does not provide therapy, medical advice, legal advice,
tax advice, investment advice, or financial advice. Clients remain
responsible for their own decisions and actions.
2. Introduction Call
The 30-minute introduction call is free. Its purpose is to
understand the situation, clarify the need, and decide whether
there is a fit.
A free introduction call does not create an obligation for either
party to start paid work.
3. Payment Terms
Individual sparring sessions are paid upfront to confirm the
booking, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Monthly mentoring is invoiced in advance. The mentoring period and
WhatsApp contact start once payment is received, unless agreed
otherwise.
Company advisory, team work, and broader assignments are scoped
after intake and invoiced according to the agreed proposal. This
may include upfront payment, milestone invoicing, monthly
invoicing, or payment after delivery.
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless a
different payment term is agreed in writing. Rates exclude VAT and
travel costs where applicable.
Business registration: Chamber of Commerce (KVK),

VAT/BTW number: NL005526622B38.
Fees may be invoiced and paid in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD),
as stated on the invoice. Payment details and the relevant payment
reference are provided on each invoice.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Virtual one-to-one sessions can be rescheduled without charge when the
change is requested at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations,
missed sessions, or no-shows within 48 hours may be charged in
full. LeadRaw may make a discretionary exception for a genuine
emergency.
Onsite sessions within Europe require at least 5 business
days' notice. Travel costs already committed remain payable and
are non-refundable.
International onsite assignments require at least 10 business
days' notice. Committed travel, accommodation, venue, and
preparation costs are non-refundable. A percentage of the agreed
assignment fee may also remain payable as stated in the proposal.
Different cancellation terms may be agreed in writing for company
assignments, events, or longer engagements.
5. Refunds and Satisfaction
LeadRaw does not offer a general satisfaction guarantee or
automatic money-back guarantee.
Fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place or agreed
work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required
by applicable law.
6. Between-Session WhatsApp Contact
Reasonable between-session WhatsApp contact may be included in
monthly mentoring or specific advisory arrangements.
It is intended for brief, time-sensitive questions or sparring
and is not continuous or emergency support. More substantive
topics may be moved into a scheduled conversation. It does not
replace professional medical, legal, or financial support.
7. Confidentiality
Conversations are treated as confidential. Client names, business
situations, personal details, and testimonials are only shared with
explicit approval.
Before paid work begins, confidentiality is confirmed in a signed
mentoring or advisory agreement. A separate mutual non-disclosure
agreement may be used for commercially sensitive assignments.
Confidential information may only be disclosed where required by
law or with the client's explicit consent.
Testimonials may be anonymised to protect confidentiality and are
published only with client approval.
8. Results and Responsibility
LeadRaw supports reflection, decision-making, confidence,
communication, and leadership development. Outcomes depend on the
client situation, commitment, context, and actions.
No specific business, personal, financial, or career result is
guaranteed.
9. Travel and Expenses
Travel, accommodation, venue costs, and related expenses are not
included in service fees unless explicitly agreed in writing.
10. Intellectual Property
Materials, frameworks, documents, presentations, and tools
provided by LeadRaw remain the intellectual property of LeadRaw.
They may not be copied, distributed, published, or commercially
reused without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
LeadRaw's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client
for the specific service giving rise to the claim. LeadRaw shall
not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental,
special, or loss-of-profit damages to the extent permitted by
applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any
disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the
Netherlands, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
