We may collect contact details, appointment information, correspondence, invoices, agreed objectives, session notes, and information voluntarily shared during mentoring or advisory work.

Information is used to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver services, administer agreements and payments, protect legitimate business interests, comply with legal obligations, and improve service quality.
4. Legal Bases
Depending on the situation, processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent. Consent can be withdrawn where it is the applicable legal basis.
5. Confidentiality and Sharing
Client information is treated as confidential. It is not shared with an employer, sponsor, or other third party unless this has been agreed, the client has explicitly consented, or disclosure is required by law.
Necessary service providers may process limited information for scheduling, communication, document storage, invoicing, or website operation under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Website enquiries are processed through Formspree, which temporarily stores submissions to deliver notifications, filter spam, and provide limited submission history.

The current website does not intentionally use non-essential tracking cookies. If analytics, advertising, or embedded services are added, this policy and the website's consent controls will be updated before those tools are activated.
